Key appointment at Clarkes Solicitors |
Shropshire law firm Clarkes has appointed Chris Kerr to head its dispute resolution department at the firm’s Telford Town Centre office.
Chris, who trained at a niche firm in Cheshire, has specialised since 1997 in commercial and civil litigation and has expertise in property and intellectual property disputes. Chris said “I enjoy supporting clients and helping them to solve their problems. In this current economic climate, the challenge is to deal quickly and efficiently – that involves careful evaluation of the issues at the outset, lateral thinking about possible solutions and a skilled approach to early settlement talks, where possible. I am very much looking forward to working with established but progressive company like Clarkes”.
