Tenants at the e-Innovation Centre (e-IC) in Telford were once again able to benefit from a free legal clinic held at the Centre recently.

Supervised by Niels McKenzie of McKenzie Law Solicitors, volunteer students Louise Howard and Sheree Harvey from the Legal Practice Course at the University of Wolverhampton offered one hour consultations without charge to help answer a range of business and commercial law queries from tenants.

The clinic was one of a series overseen by Niels, an e-IC tenant himself, an experienced commercial solicitor and a specialist in identifying and managing legal risks.
McKenzie Law specialises in providing practical legal advice to businesses and is one of many flourishing businesses of all kinds based in the e-IC.  “The Centre offers my business and its clients excellent facilities; it’s the perfect place from which to further develop McKenzie Law,” said Niels.
Further legal clinics at the e-IC  in collaboration with the University’s School of Legal Studies are planned for later in the year.
